How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are Loveramics products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, all our porcelain collections are designed for professional use and are completely safe for use in both dishwashers and microwaves. Our glass collections are also dishwasher safe up to 70°C.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a full replacement or refund.
